In order to run organization one of the important task is to efficiently manage various resources like employees, employees salary, work allotment, payment details, interview details, recruiting new employees…etc.
At present most of the multinational companies use human resource management software for handling this task. This application is maintained by management team members.

Main idea is to design user friendly application through which these tasks are performed.
Update employee’s resumes to database
Employee’s qualification details
Employees experience, skills, platform details are stored.
Interview related information like selected members, marks.
Employee pay slips, experience letters details are maintained.
Updating different types of projects to database and providing detailed information about employees who are working on specific platforms.
